Bharathi has spent two decades close to commerce and enterprise technology — building platforms, running operations and watching capable teams lose their days to disconnected tools. That experience became a conviction: commerce doesn't need another dashboard, it needs an operating system with AI doing the operational work.
BloomCommerceOS is that conviction, built. It unifies commerce, operations, marketplace and AI — and treats agents, RAG and automation as first-class, not add-ons.
