What's included in the platform fee?
Every plan ships with the Commerce Operating System, Commerce Knowledge Copilot, hosting, CDN, security, monitoring, continuous updates and technical support.
What counts as an AI query?
An AI query is one interaction with a BloomCommerceOS AI surface — the Commerce Knowledge Copilot, any of the specialised AI Agents, or an Agentic Commerce Workflow step.
How much do AI queries cost beyond my plan?
Additional AI interactions are billed at $0.02–$0.10 per query depending on the underlying model and grounding requirements. We optimise model routing so you never pay frontier-model rates for a routine lookup.
How are API calls priced past the included limits?
API calls past your included monthly volume move to tier-based pricing — the more you use, the lower the per-call rate. Predictable, with no per-order or revenue-share surprises.
Can I add more vendors, orders or storage later?
Yes. Vendor packs, order bundles and storage are available as add-ons on every paid plan, and they grow with your business — no need to re-platform when you scale.
Do you charge per order or take revenue share?
No. BloomCommerceOS is a platform-fee + usage model. There are no per-order fees and no revenue sharing on any plan.
How long does implementation take?
Most Starter and Growth deployments go live in about six weeks. Scale marketplaces and multi-region builds are phased so you ship value early.
Do I own my code and data?
Yes. Growth and above include full ownership of your storefront code and data, with source and white-label options on Enterprise.
Can I migrate from Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce?
Yes. Catalogue, customer and order migration from Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce is part of standard onboarding, with redirects to protect SEO and a mapping of plugins to native modules.
Can I run B2B and B2C together?
Yes. From Growth up you can run B2B and B2C on one platform with shared catalogue, customers and operations.
What integrations are supported?
ERP, PIM, CRM and accounting systems plus payment, shipping and tax providers, via Enterprise APIs and pre-built connectors. Enterprise adds custom integrations and workflows.
